| INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENTS The National Institute of Roads (INEA) will
spend at least $47 million to repair 107-kilometers of roadway
connecting Ondjiva to Xangongo locality and then to Humbe in
southern Cunene province. The 12-month project is part of the
2005/2006 road rehabilitation program. The contract for the
work was awarded to CRDC, a Chinese construction company.
